It is absolutely true that what you write is in the collective mind or it is nothing. The deadly sin for revolutionaries is individualism, egoism, self-centeredness which means cutting self from the collective.
Healing has to do with energy; if you have energy then you can heal yourself and others. To have energy you must be plugged into the energy source which is matter. Only love, awareness, and communication can plug you into energy. Make sure you have all three; one or two of these won't do.
It's counterproductive to think for others. Win their confidence by revealing a life aligned with nature. Engage the masses. Seek laws of nature and use them.
