As usual, under Lukashenko's guidance the socialist movement in Belearus stays on course with the correct position on huclear non-proliferation: no "use or threat of use of nuclear weapons against nuclear-free countries.:" This directly contradicts capitalism which is passing more and more into neo fascism; the capitalist countries , the bourgeois ruling class seeks global domination and threats and violence are its primary tools. It recently threatened North Korea and Iran, leaving the use of nuclear weapons against them on the table. Also the capitalists interfere in the internal affairs of other countries to promote their continued domination; examples of this are Iraq, Afghanistan, Yugoslavia.

Only principled resistance against capitalist fascism will win out in the end. Appeasement never works with fascism as Iran is demonstrating. There was no bargaining with nazi fascism or neo-fascism. The best a country can do against fascist/neo-fascist countries is to bargain to win time to prepare for the ultimate clash/struggle against them. Socialist countries and those countries in the socialist camp formulate such principles and make such preparations against the rise of capitalist fascism.
