A congressional report advises Barack Obama to encourage Russia with more carrots in a bid to push forward Washington's foreign policy on Iran.A bipartisan commission, headed by former senators Gary Hart and Chuck Hagel, recommended US President Barack Obama on Monday to make 'a genuine effort to develop a cooperative approach to the shared threat from Iranian or other missiles', AFP reported.
This is a typical neofascist manoeuver. Communists deal with the truth, with the laws of nature not with gifts, concessions, "carrots." Truth, like principle, is absolute, except for fascists.
